Terms of Service

01The basics

Waypoint is run by Elliot Dahl, an individual, under the name Waypoint01. “We” here means Elliot Dahl. By signing in, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you set up a workspace for your company, you confirm you're allowed to do that on its behalf. You must be at least 16.

02Your content

You own what you put into Waypoint, and we use it only to run the service for you. Only add people you have the right to share, and give them any notice the law requires. If someone makes a claim against us over content you uploaded, that's your responsibility.

03Fair use

• Don't break the law or use Waypoint to harass or surveil anyone.
• Don't upload sensitive data it isn't built for, such as health, financial or government ID information.
• Don't access data that isn't yours or attack the service. Security reports to support@waypoint01.com are welcome.
• Don't try to work out who gave which pulse survey answer, or retaliate against anyone for their answers.

04Connected AI tools

An AI assistant you connect acts with your access and is governed by its own terms. You can revoke it at any time.

05No guarantees

Waypoint is free and early. It's provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and features may change or disappear. Keep your own copy of anything important. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and may shut Waypoint down; we'll try to give notice first.

06Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US $100.

07Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If they change, the date above changes with them, and continuing to use Waypoint means you accept the update.
